The visit to RWS

and so, after the previous weekend to Quincy, we headed to Hard Rock Hotel @ Resorts World. We really seem to be more extravagant but it is really just in the month of Feburary. :) We could keep it up if we wanted to. After all, it's our 11th monthiversary next weekend. HEE. But we thought it was quite enough luxury for the month. :p

Anywayz, I do appreciate the time we spend alone. It has been a week with group appts. Sunday was church with the others, Monday was tennis with Z, Tues was CG with the gals, Wednesday was dinner with C, thursday is my usual badminton day.. Time alone with the SH is soooo important for me.

RWS is so big you have to really look out for directions to go where you want to go. It was an eye-opening experience, having to see Universal Studios for the first time. THe closest I got to this sort of theme park is Movie World @ the Gold Coast. Though the place has not officially opened, looking at the roller-coaster tracks did bring about some level of excitement. A couple we had dinner with commented it looked exactly like the Universal Studios in LA, or LV. I can't remember.

RWS has 4 hotels. The one I booked for the SH was Hard Rock Hotel. It was a sorely disappointing experience despite us enjoying ourselves. The walk from the car park ( I parked at the wrong car park, hence the long walk past the Casino and shopping area) to Hard Rock Hotel was very refreshing though. For a while, I thought I wasn't in Singapore. NIce nice, I can't wait for the place to be fully opened! :)
