the best thing about CNY is that I only have to spend the time on 2 dinners. One on the first evening and the other on the second evening. Everyone gathers at one person's place and exchange wishes and angpows there. It is the most productive approach, time wise.
I am not very excited about the ang pows this year. Maybe it's because I am not looking forward to the usual questions. Anyhowz, I just have to grit my teeth, keep a friendly front, answer the necessary questions and then off I go to Butter Factory with the gals. I am not the clubbing sort and I don't even drink more than a serving of alcohol. It is just an occasion to meet up (once again) in a different setting.
Meanwhile, aside for praying for PDA opportunities, I shall look forward to the monies from the ang pows to keep me excited for the next 2 days. Then another 3 days of work and back to the weekend again. How good can life get? :D
Only good if it is meaningfully led.
