Wednesday - 20 minutes jog, 20 minutes bike, 20 minutes skier, 20 minutes weights

Thursday - 2 hours badminton

Friday - 20 minutes jog, 20 minutes bike, 20 minutes skier, 20 minutes weights

Saturday - 2 hours badminton

Sunday - 2 hours badminton
